If you no longer wish to use Lojiz, you can request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data. To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing this request.

What data is deleted?

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently purged from our databases:

  • Your personal profile details (Name, Profile Photo, Contact Info).
  • All roommate matching questionnaires, lifestyle preference scores, and roommate candidate pairings.
  • All properties, houses, and rooms listed under your account.
  • Your voice transcription logs and message history with AIDA.
