By using Lojiz, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — please do read them.

Using Lojiz

You must be at least 18 to use Lojiz. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Use the platform lawfully and don't misuse AIDA or attempt to disrupt the service.

Listings

If you list a property, you confirm you have the right to do so and that your information is accurate. We may remove listings that are fraudulent, duplicated, or misleading. Lojiz is a platform — we are not a party to any rental agreement between users.

AIDA and search results

AIDA helps you find and screen homes, but results are suggestions, not guarantees. Always verify a property and the other party before sending money. Lojiz is not responsible for off-platform transactions.

Payments

Downloading and searching on Lojiz is free. Where optional paid features exist, pricing and terms are shown before you pay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability

Lojiz is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or interactions with other users.

Changes

We may update these terms as Lojiz grows. We'll post the updated date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
